Agreements

The commercialisation of an invention requires close cooperation between the inventor, financier or funder, manufacturer and marketing organisation. In agreement negotiations, the Foundation is a partner offering impartial support and advice.

Such assistance is available to all parties to inventions funded by the Foundation.

You may need the following contracts, for example, in the negotiations concerning commercialization:

• confidentiality agreement
• licensing agreement
• sales agreement
• option agreement
