Yearly reporting on use of funding

The Foundation monitors the progress of inventions it is funding. This requires that the funding recipient submit a yearly report on the use of its funding.

To facilitate this, we send each funding recipient a pre-completed report form by post. The recipient should complete this with information on the invention project from the previous year-long period. This form can be completed by hand or using a computer and it should be returned to the Foundation in accordance with the accompanying instructions.

Add all missing information to the form. Complete it carefully and correct any errors. Print out the form if you complete it on a computer. Sign the form and post it to the Foundation for Finnish Inventions at the following address: Foundation for Finnish Inventions, PO Box 382, FI-02151, Espoo.
