Rectify any incomplete or incorrect information presented on the pre-completed form by entering the correct information next to the erroneous details, or in the ‘Other comments' section.

Check the contact information on the form, complete any incomplete sections and correct any errors.

Your liability for VAT is mentioned here. If you are entered in Finland's PAYE register, enter your PAYE code here.

INVENTION
The invention's name is automatically retrieved from the Foundation's database.

FUNDING
This section displays the sum granted for the project, the unused balance and use of the funding The repayment section records how much the Foundation has been paid in line with the funding agreement.

EXPLOITATION OF INVENTION

• By industrial exploitation, we refer to the manufacture of a product based on the invention or one including the invention.
• By licensing or other exploitation contract we refer to all such agreements pertaining to the invention.

Should the agreements involve remuneration or payments in kind to the inventor or company, or the industrial exploitation of the invention, the recipient of Foundation funding is liable for ensuring that the Foundation is paid its share.

REVENUE AND RESULTS OF PRODUCTS FUNDED BY THE FOUNDATION
If your own firm manufactures products based on the invention, or you  have made an exploitation agreement with a firm, you must report to the Foundation on the following issues, in line with the funding agreement:

• In the Own manufacture section, enter your own firm's net sales for the funded product.
• In the Manufacture under licence section, enter any payments received as per the licensing agreement.
• In the Other exploitation section, enter any proceeds received from the invention's exploitation.
• In the Manufacture and production figures section, enter the product's production volumes, if known.

MAIN ACTIONS DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD IN SUPPORT OF THE INVENTION'S EXPLOITATION

• Here, you should mention any research, development, marketing and other measures taken in pursuit of the invention's development, during the reporting year.
• In addition, state how well you believe the invention's development and commercialisation have progressed.
• Use attachments if necessary.

PATENTS IN FORCE
Notify the scope of the patent. Also cite the patent number and patent application number.

• Patent applications can be notified citing e.g. their FI, PCT and EP numbers.
• In the Patents section, mention each country separately in which a patent is in force.

OTHER FUNDING FOR INVENTION
Mention the funding organisation, amount of funding and funding period of any funding from other parties that you have obtained for your project.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Here you can mention any other issues connected with the invention .

ATTACHMENTS
If the recipient is a company, the financial statement for the report year should be attached to the annual progress report.
