Turning an idea into a business

A good idea or invention can be refined into profitable business in many ways. Sometimes, it makes sense for the owner or inventor of the idea to start his or her own company, if he or she so wishes. In some cases it might be more advisable to sell the rights to the idea, in part or even in full, to a good partner who then takes over the responsibility for commercialising the idea or invention.
